My albums are frequently inspired by putting things down for a while, getting interested by something later on, often an odd thing like a collection of stories or an alternative tuning, and then making some music before forgetting everything and then having to relearn them later from the recordings.

And so it is here.. tired of writing depressing or dark songs for a while, I tried another tack and got inspired by how my guitar sounded when I tuned it sharp, and some poetry.

Of all my recordings it's easily the one I allow for the most, as in I don't give myself a hard time or critique this one, I just enjoy the tracks.
